- Del Naja, also known as 3D, was detained at a mass protest in Trafalgar Square against the ban on Palestine Action, holding a sign that read “I Oppose Genocide, I Support Palestine Action”.
- He was carried away by police officers after stating he believed his arrest was unlawful.
- Prior to his arrest, Del Naja told the Press Association he considered Palestine Action's activities patriotic and was prepared to challenge any arrest in court.
- The Metropolitan Police confirmed 212 arrests were made at the demonstration, all on suspicion of showing support for a proscribed organisation.
