The UFC has released a new promo in anticipation of its May 9 return.
Monday, the promotion posted the 30-second UFC 249 hype video with the caption “We’re Back” on various social media platforms. The promo features a handful of the card’s participants including headliners Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje, as well as the night’s co-main event participants, UFC bantamweight champion Henry Cejudo and former UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz.
Also featured in the video are heavyweights Francis Ngannou and Jairzinho Rozenstruik, featherweights Jeremy Stephens and Calvin Kattar, heavyweights Greg Hardy and Yorgan De Casto, and welterweights Donald Cerrone and Anthony Pettis.
UFC 249 takes place May 9 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla. The main card is expected to stream on pay-per-view after prelims on ESPN/ESPN+.
