Tyson Fury has revealed he axed trainer Ben Davison ahead of Deontay Wilder rematch because he was "going stale".
Davison, who had worked with the 31-year-old boxer since 2017, announced this month that they had parted ways, but insisted they are still friends.
Fury soon revealed that he will now work under Javan 'Sugar' Hill, the nephew of the late trainer Emmanuel Steward.
Hill will prepare Fury for his heavyweight rematch with American WBC champion Deontay Wilder , which will take place .

Now Fury has opened up on their break-up with Davison and said: "I was going a little bit stale, repetitive, doing the same things day in, day out for years.
"I needed a change."
Fury had previously worked with Steward out of the Kronk gym in Detroit and used social media to post a picture of them both, along with Hill and former world champion Andy Lee, with the caption: "Getting the old team back up and running".
He added: "We're gonna go back to basics. I trained with Sugar Hill back in 2010, we got on like a house on fire."

The first bout between Fury and Wilder in Los Angeles in December 2018 ended in a controversial split draw, with American Wilder being awarded the contest 115-111 on one judges' card, British heavyweight Fury taking it 114-112 on another and the third scoring the bout at 113-113.
And Fury has vowed to knock out his American rival, having missed out on a victory last time out.
"This is unfinished business, but come February 22, this dosser will finally get what's coming to him," he added.
