With the temperature sneaking into the low 20s, the summer making its presence felt and we are definitely in the mood for something refreshing - but also refined.
This week we have not one but TWO cocktails of the week as Bushmills share a couple of irresistible recipes.
First we have something so simple that if you haven't had it before you'll wonder why not. The Black Bush highball takes three simple ingredients and makes magic.
Second is something a little more complicated, but that's only fair when you're working with Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt. This apple-rich mix is perfect for long summer evenings on the verandah*.
