Gardaí have confirmed that two people had to be rushed to hospital yesterday, December 26, after a crash in Co Wicklow.
Officers were called to the scene yesterday afternoon at around 3:55 pm on the N11 heading towards Bray.
There was just one vehicle involved in the crash with two people in their 30s on board.
They were rushed to the hospital in the aftermath of the accident, however, their injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Despite an examination of the area where the crash occurred, the road is currently open for use.
A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana told the Irish Mirror: “Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a traffic collision that occurred at approximately 3:55 pm yesterday, Sunday, 26th December 2021 on the N11, Bray, Co Wicklow.
“One vehicle was involved in this collision.
“Two persons, both aged in their 30s, were conveyed to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries sustained as a result of this collision.
“The road involved in this collision is currently open for use.”
