Two men assaulted in fight at Rose and Crown pub in Newcastle

Police want to speak to these men after a fight in a Newcastle city centre pub.

Officers were called at about 7.10pm on May 11 when a fight broke out at the Rose and Crown pub on Newgate Street near to China Town.

A number of men inside the pub got into an altercation with door staff and men, aged 38 and 30, were assaulted.

Nobody was seriously injured and those involved left the pub before the police arrived.

Inquiries into the incident are ongoing and now Northumbria Police have released an image of seven men they wish to speak to.

They were in the pub at the time and would be able to assist the police investigation.

The men, or anyone who knows their identity, are encouraged to contact police on 101 quoting log 940 11/05/19.

You can also report it online at  www.northumbria.police.uk  or email the investigating officer on  1782@northumbria.pnn.police.uk .
