Two drivers have been issued with warnings as cops step up speed checks in Falkirk.
Officers were deployed to areas of Shieldhill and Reddingmuidrhead yesterday after complaints from residents about speeding and irresponsible driving.
No fines or penalty points were issued when officers stopped vehicles in the area.
Locals in Bo'ness have also previously raised concerns about people driving well over the speed limit there.
Posting on social media @FalkirkPolice said: "Following complaints from the public Braes Community officers today conducted speed checks in the Shieldhill and Reddingmuirhead areas.
"Two drivers were warned."
