Trolls brand Suhana Khan and Ananya Birla's endorcement deal as 'star kid privilege'; say 'these nepo kids have everything easy'

Shah Rukh Khan was one proud father as his daughter and upcoming actor Suhana Khan took to the stage as the face of an international makeup brand.

"Well dressed…well spoken…well done & if I may take some credit well brought up! Love u my Lil Lady In Red!!" the superstar wrote as he posted a video of his daughter on his handles.

Reacting to the sweet gesture, Suhana wrote, "Awww love you!! So cute."

However, the comments section was soon taken over by trolls who branded Suhana's huge endorsement deal as nothing more than 'star kid privilege'. Trolls flooded social media sites with nasty jibes at Suhana and fellow brand ambassador Ananya Birla, daughter of billionaire Kumar Mangalam Birla. "They are here because of their fathers," said a netizen while lauding Eksha Kerung and badminton champ P. V. Sindhu for their achievements.

Another asked, "What has #SuhanaKhan done that is so substantial, other than being #ShahRuhKhan's daughter to get this big international brand? She hasn’t even got a movie out and the nepotism is showing bright and clear."

Yet another said, "These nepo kids have everything EASY."

"This is where it's different for outsiders and nepo kids. Suhana Khan already has a brand deal even before her movie is released. Star kid privilege. Siddhant Chaturvedi was right," read a tweet.

Another said, "Omg struggle of nepo kid is real. U just need a prefect surname to be successful. Then u get international brand before your launch urself into the industry. Let’s not talk about talent. That’s only thing you don’t need nowadays in d film industry."

At the event, Suhana said, "I am super excited and happy to be a part of this brand and I can't wait to make it shine with all of you."

While Ananya Birla has been making her mark in the music industry with a number of singles to her name, Suhana is gearing up for her Bollywood debut. The starlet is foraying into the Indian film industry with Zoya Akhtar's 'The Archies', based on the iconic American comic series. The film will serve as the launch pad for Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda and also Boney Kapoor's daughter Khushi Kapoor.

The movie is slated for an OTT debut, but no release date has been confirmed.
