Triumph for freedom campaigner Heather

The Information Tribunal's decision to order the House of Commons to provide full disclosure of MPs' second home expenses is a triumph for the freedom of information campaigner Heather Brooke. In company with the Sunday Times reporter Jonathan Ungoed-Thomas and the Sunday Telegraph reporter Ben Leapman, she filed the initial request for key data about MPs' financial affairs.
