Tristan Thompson stunned his Instagram followers by sharing a gushing tribute to his ex partner Khloe Kardashian .
The pair, who share one-year-old True, split in February shortly before their daughter's birthday after Tristan admitted to kissing family friend Jordyn Woods after inviting her to a late night house party.
Heartbreaking scenes of Khloe discovering the betrayal have only just been aired on her family's reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
But that didn't stop Tristan from showering Khloe with compliments days later on her 35th birthday.
In a shock move, Tristan took to Instagram to call Khloe the 'most beautiful human he's ever met' in a very enthusiastic post.
Sharing a picture of Khloe posing with their daughter True, Tristan wrote "Happy birthday @khloekardashian You are the most beautiful human I have ever met inside and out. Thank you for being an amazing mommy to our princess True. She is blessed to have someone like you to look up to.
"I wish you nothing but more success and sending you positive blessing your way. Enjoy your day Koko ❤️"
Khloe has not yet responded to the public message.
Tristan's post came as a surprise to some fans, after scenes of Khloe discovering her boyfriend Tristan Thompson cheated with family friend Jordyn Woods were recently aired on E!
Fans of Keeping Up With The Kardashians have been waiting all series to see the fallout from the explosive revelation that Tristan, the father of Khloe's daughter True, had been unfaithful with her sister Kylie Jenner's BFF.
Khloe is seen breaking down in tears as she learns what happened, and Kylie is appears shock at the revelation too.
"I knew who he was, I never in a million years thought that’s who she was," Khloe says as she talks about the betrayal with her sisters.
This was the second time Tristan had been caught cheating on Khloe.
The first was while she was pregnant, and she gave birth to True just hours later.
She originally gave Tristan another chance, but ended their relationship after he cheated with Jordyn.
