The Pfeffermans are back, and in this full trailer for the second season, we see more of the new family dynamics unfolding: Maura hanging out with her new friends, Sarah dropping by to see her children and a pool party that looks like it’s imploding in proper Transparent style.

One of the hits of last year, Jill Soloway’s comedy drama went on to win two Golden Globes, including best actor for Jeffrey Tambor. His character Maura’s decision to come out as transgender to her adult children (played by Gaby Hoffman, Amy Landecker and Jay Duplass) and ex-wife Judith Light is the catalyst for much of the show’s subtle drama.
