Transfer news, rumours LIVE - Liverpool have Alisson bid accepted, Petr Cech to leave Arsenal for Chelsea, Manchester United want Ivan Perisic, latest gossip

LiverpoolManchester United and Arsenal set to be busier than ever.

Liverpool enjoyed success in the Champions League this year and their quest to end their league title drought in 2019 will be bolstered by the arrival of Naby Keita from RB Leipzig. He will not be the last new face on Merseyside, however, with Monaco's Fabinho already in. Stoke's Xherdan Shaqiri could be next or even Real Madrid's Marco Asensio? At United Jose Mourinho looks set to spend big again as he targets reinforcements in his bid to haul in record-breaking Manchester City next season. He's got Fred but another central midfield player is high on his list with a big money move for Gareth Bale not out the question.

For the first time in over two decades Arsenal head into the off-season with a new manager at the helm. That man is former PSG boss Unai Emery after a stunning 11th hour change of heart at the Emirates and he already has two new signings and plenty more on the way with a new central midfielder next on his shopping list. Chelsea are close to appointing a new manager themselves but across London Mauricio Pochettino won't be leaving Tottenham Hotspur after signing a new five-year deal.

We will have all the latest news, views, rumours, gossip and done deals right here so don't touch that dial.

Liverpool's move for Frenchman Nabil Fekir could be back on the table - at least on the player's side of negotiations.

The Mirror reports that Fekir has told Lyon he wants to not only leave the club, but join Liverpool specifically. This goes against what Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas has said publically after he pulled the plug on the move, but it appears that talks could resume one Fekir has returned from the World Cup.

Barcelona have already been linked with making an offer for a Chelsea player today in Willian, but reports in Italy suggest this afternoon that they are also keen on landing influential midfielder N'Golo Kante.

According to Sky Italia, Barcelona will offer a cash-plus-player deal in return of the France international, and that could see the Spanish side offer Andre Gomez in return - the midfielder who has already attracted interest from Arsenal.
NEWCASTLE NEWS

Newcastle United striker Ayoze Perez is loving life at the Premier League club and has dismissed reports that he could move back to teams in his native Spain.

The 24-year-old, who joined Newcastle in 2014, excelled for the Magpies last season and was their top scorer with eight goals and four assists in 36 Premier League appearances.

His impressive form in the second half of the season has led to media reports of La Liga clubs Real Sociedad and Real Betis being interested in bringing Perez back to Spain.

"I want to be at Newcastle going forward, 100 per cent," Perez told Chronicle Live. "I am living my dream of playing in the Premier League, playing for a massive team, and so it's good to be here and I love playing for this club.

"Obviously it is good to have interest from those Spanish teams, because it makes you feel like you are doing something great, and shows I must be doing something right. But honestly I'm happy in England, I'm happy playing in the Premier League."

Perez said that he was motivated to drive Newcastle's growth next season as the forward hopes to earn a cap for Spain's senior national team.

Newcastle have five pre-season friendlies, starting with Irish top-flight club St. Patrick's Athletic later on Tuesday, before hosting Tottenham Hotspur in their opening match on 11 August.

Manchester United are looking to kick-start a frustrating transfer window in the coming week, and are considering deals for Robert Lewandowski and Thiago Alcántara.

Bayern Munich are open to selling the pair and, of the clubs contacted, United have both the need in the respective positions and enough money to pull off each deal.

United were previously on the cusp of signing Thiago before his last-minute change of mind sent him to Bayern after a plea from Pep Guardiola in 2013. He is currently understood to be waiting to see if former club Barcelona come in for him.

With Gareth Bale rumoured to be the answer to United's attack issues, Mourinho is understood to be targeting Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld as a solution for his defensive problems.

The Yahoo Sport claim that United remain keen on the Belgian centre-back, and that Spurs are open to selling him after he fell out-of-favour with Mauricio Pochettino last season.

However, no progress is expected on the deal until Belgium end their World Cup campaign in Russia.

Few saw this coming: Joe Hart has been handed a surprise place in Manchester City’s US pre-season tour squad this summer.

The Turkish media are this morning reporting that West Ham have made a £16m bid for Besiktas defender and World Cup finalist Domagoj Vida.

Watford are understood to have taken Jack Rodwell on trial.

The 27-year-old is a free agent after agreeing a mutual termination with Sunderland, having played just three times last season despite his £70,000-a-week contract.

The midfielder has played just 67 times in the last five years, but could yet find himself back in the Premier League - albeit on significantly reduced terms.

It may be all change at Chelsea, but some things remain the same - namely Antonio Conte being furious.

According to The Telegraph, Conte is "absolutely disgusted" with how his Chelsea departure has been handled. The Italian was made to return for the start of pre-season training, only to be given his marching orders at the end of the week, and his replacement appears to have been in the pipeline for quite some time given it took Sarri fewer than 24 hours to fly to London, negotiate his terms and be unveiled.

Never change, Antonio.

Gareth Bale will return to Real Madrid for pre-season on Monday, with the Welshman set to hold showdown talks with new manager Julen Lopetegui.

However, the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo has certainly changed the landscape at Madrid, and with no current move on the table, it looks increasingly likely that Bale will give it at least one more season in La Liga.

Chelsea are ramping up their efforts to sign Gonzalo Higuain from Juventus.

After initial reports suggested that Maurizio Sarri had pin-pointed the Argentina striker as his priority target, the Sunday Mirror claims today that Chelsea have offered Alvaro Morata back to the Italian club in exchange for Higuain.

It's also added that the club are willing to offload Olivier Giroud too, despite signing the striker from Arsenal just six months ago.

Luke Shaw is believes to have turned down a move to Everton, but he could yet leave Manchester United in the not-too-distant future - and for free.

The English left-back has suffered an up-and-down stay at Old Trafford and Jose Mourinho is yet to look convinced with Shaw.

Now, the Manchester Evening News reports that Shaw is willing to stay with United this season, but leave next summer on a free transfer if he continues to fall out of Mourinho's plans.

A big story emerging in Spain surrounds the future of Paul Pogba.

The France midfielder is gearing up today for the World Cup final, but Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo claims that his agent, Mino Raiola, has offered him to Barcelona because he is so unhappy with life at Manchester United under Jose Mourinho.

Pogba and Mourinho were involved in a number of run-ins last season, and it remains to be seen if Barcelona are willing to pay the extraordinary fee that it would take to release Pogba from his contract.

Daley Blind's departure could well be the catalyst for a Manchester United move for Leonardo Bonucci, who could be on his way out of AC Milan after just one season.

The italian club must raise £45m before the end of the transfer window due to the Uefa santions placed on them for breaking FFP regulations, and United believe that can capitalise on that to sign the 31-year-old defender.

It's also reported that Bonucci himself is keen on the move.

Of course, Chelsea were not expecting Eden Hazard to go public with his revelation that he'd like to leave this summer.

The 27-year-old performed his own Cristiano Ronaldo moment in using his post-match interview after Belgium's win over England to reveal he wants to leave Chelsea.

It's reported that Real Madrid are considering a £200m offer to see if Chelsea will allow Hazard to leave - although Chelsea want in excess of that fee - and here's what the Belgian had to say.
CHELSEA NEWS

Eden Hazard's future at Chelsea remains hugely uncertain with Real Madrid weighing up a move for the forward, who could potentially break the world transfer record.

Now, his international boss Roberto Martinez has waded into the transfer saga by suggesting that the time is right for Hazard to move on from Stamford Bridge, having watched him dazzle at the World Cup in Russia this summer.

Here's what the Spaniard had to say:
Players need new challenges and new projects. Perhaps it's a good time for [Chelsea] and for Hazard [to split]. I would be very surprised if Chelsea didn't have big offers for him right now.
