The case of a young HGV driver tragically killed in Liverpool will go before a jury.
Lee Wright, 31, of Harbour Village in Fleetwood, was fatally injured following an incident at Suttons Tankers Ltd lorry park on September 20 2021.
At a hearing at the Gerard Majella Courthouse on September 8, coroner Anita Bhardwaj announced that the inquest investigating his death will be heard by a jury in February next year.

Managers and drivers from the transport company he worked for, representatives from the Health and Safety Executive, and Merseyside police officers are among those expected to be called as witnesses.
Lee, who served in the RAF for nine years before becoming a HGV driver, was laid at rest at Carleton Crematorium in Blackpool with a Greggs steak bake wrapper beside him.
His sister Hayley Wright told The Daily Star: "Lee loved his food and Greggs was his absolute favourite. He was obsessed with it and always went for the steak bake."
She, her dad, and five of Lee's friends had Greggs logo tattoos done in his memory.
Hayley said: “When I was getting it done I just couldn’t be sad because he would be calling me an idiot and laughing but he’d think it was brilliant.”
