A busy Glasgow road is to be reduced to one lane this week to facilitate roadworks.
Glasgow City Council's Traffic Control and Management team (TRAFFCOM) have confirmed works on Castle Street will take place from today (Wednesday) at 9.30am, until Friday (September 20), at 3.30pm.
TRAFFCOM say: "In order to facilitate repairs to various road maintenance works, vehicles travelling southbound on Castle Street between M8 junction 15 off-slip and John Knox Street will be reduced to one running lane."
"Drivers are advised to avoid the area during the above periods."
