The Entertainer is set to open its latest Welsh store this summer.
The toy retailer has expanded rapidly in recent years - bucking the overall trend on the high street.
Bosses said in January they planned to expand further this year and have now revealed the latest location in Wales.
The company plans to open a store at Broughton Shopping Park in Flintshire this summer.
It is their third store in North Wales after Wrexham and Llandudno.
The brand will be based in the former Poundworld unit which closed when the brand went into administration last year.
Andrew Milner-Walker, head of property at The Entertainer, said: “We are delighted to have found a great location in Broughton shopping park.
"We are looking forward to adding an exciting new toy shop to the complex and welcoming locals down to our Grand Opening Event which will take place on Saturday 24 August where visitors can check out our range of the latest toys and games.”
The toy company this year announced profits had jumped thanks to a 12.3% increase in like-for-like sales over the year to January 28.
