TOWIE’s Lydia Bright’s daughter Loretta rushed to A&E with head injury

TOWIE’s Lydia Bright has revealed she rushed her daughter to hospital after the three-year-old hit her head while climbing.

Fortunately, Loretta didn’t require stitches, however Bright, 32, was left upset as she admitted that thinking about her little one’s accident “made her cry”.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the ITV star updated her followers about the terrifying moment and also revealed she was set to undergo a minor procedure herself.

Detailing a difficult week she’d had so far, Bright wrote: “Monday was hard, the boiler stopped, the gate broke and as grateful as I am to have a beautiful home sometimes the never ending lists with a move can feel overwhelming.

“Yesterday was worse, I ended up in A&E with Loretta she hit her head whilst climbing. I still want to cry when I think of it now. Thankfully no stitches but she had to have the wound cleaned and glued.

“Last night, I stayed at my parents and set off early this morning as today I am having a minor op in between my eye and nose,” she continued.

Bright shared the update on her Instagram on Wednesday (Instagram/Lydia Bright)

“I really shouldn’t be as anxious as I am but I think everything is heightened at the moment.

“Sorry to offload, but I just wanted to explain that this is why you may see a small scar on my face for a while.

“Anyway, they do say bad luck comes in threes so hopefully, this is the last anxiety of the week.”

Recently, the TV personality marked Loretta’s birthday on social media with a compilation of the tot’s milestone moments over the last three years.

Alongside the video, Bright, who shot to fame as an original cast member on TOWIE 13 years ago, wrote: “Three years ago, you were born and so was I.

“You made me strong, you filled my world with so much colour, you made me whole. I will love you until my heart stops beating. Happy Birthday Loretta Rose”.
