Tottenham are without Destiny Udogie, who has been ruled out with a hamstring injury, while Brennan Johnson is also out having been “touch and go”.
Xavi Simons scored and assisted in the win over Brentford on Saturday and starts again, looking to try and build on that momentum.
Wilson Odobert comes into the side to freshen up the attack, with Richarlison up top.
Joao Palhinha comes into the side alongside Archie Gray in midfield.
Dominic Solanke and Dejan Kulusevski remain out, along with James Maddison and Yves Bissouma.
Mathys Tel is now available for selection after he was drafted into the squad upon Dominic Solanke’s long-term injury.
The same goes for Radu Dragusin and Kota Takai, who have both returned to training and featured in behind-closed-doors friendlies at the training ground.
