Tottenham striker Harry Kane: ‘I feel as good as I’ve done for the last four or five years’

Harry Kane says he feels as good as he’s done for the last ‘four or five’ years as the Tottenham striker scored twice in a crucial win over Leicester City.

Spurs’ 3-0 win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium move them up into sixth place in the Premier League table, and within touching place of Europa League qualification.

Jose Mourinho’s side need Wolves to drop points either against Crystal Palace tonight or Chelsea on the final day to secure a place, providing they beat Palace in their last game of the season.

Spurs will secure seventh place with one more win, and that would be enough to qualify for the Europa League if Chelsea defeat Arsenal in the FA Cup Final.

Kane, who scored his 200th club career goal in midweek in the win over Newcastle, took that tally to 203 with his brace against Leicester City.

Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville said Kane was ‘back to his best’ during his commentary of the game

“I’m feeling as good as I’ve done for the last four or five years,” Kane told Sky Sports.

“I like to do my talking on the pitch and that’s what we did today. It’s good that we are finishing strongly.”
