Tottenham injury news: Destiny Udogie returns to full training ahead of Crystal Palace clash

Destiny Udogie is back in Tottenham training and is in contention for Saturday's home game against Crystal Palace.

Left-back Udogie was forced off with a knock in the latter stages of the win over Brighton earlier this month, needing an ice pack on his knee afterward, and he missed the defeat to Wolves on February 17.

Pedro Porro, Spurs' first-choice right back, also missed the 2-1 reverse to Gary O'Neil's side with a muscle injury sustained in training and is yet to return to work with the group.

Manor Solomon is also yet to return to full training, having been sidelined since September following knee surgery. The winger had another minor procedure earlier this month after feeling discomfort in his recovery.

The Spurs squad is rallying around Ryan Sessegnon after the left-back required a second surgery on his hamstrings in seven months.

Sessegnon went under the knife on his left hamstring in July and finally made his comeback from the bench in Spurs' FA Cup win over Burnley on January 5. But the 23-year-old injured his right hamstring in an Under-23s match this week.

A number of Spurs players past and present, as well as NBA legend Steve Nash and British rapper 'AJ Tracey', were among those to send Sessegnon messages of support on social media.
