Tottenham fans will love what Dele Alli has done ahead of Norwich vs Spurs

Dele Alli has been in fine form for Spurs since the arrival of Jose Mourinho.

The midfielder has scored five goals and provided two assists in the eight matches he has played under the new Tottenham head coach. The latest of them goals came in the 2-1 Boxing Day win over Brighton and Hove Albion.

Tottenham went in at half-time one goal down thanks to Adam Webster's first-half header, however, Harry Kane struck in the 53rd minute to pull Mourinho's side level.

It was then Dele's turn to get himself on the scoresheet again. The England international lofted the ball over Seagulls goalkeeper Mat Ryan from Serge Aurier's cut back to give Spurs the lead in the 72nd minute of the game.

That goal proved to be the strike that won the match, and took Spurs to within three points of a top four position.

After the match, Tottenham took to social media to celebrate the winning goal, posting a video of the finish on Instagram with a caption reading: "Absolutely delightful."

That post prompted a response from Dele himself, who replied with "Deleghtful."

Tottenham are back in action today (Saturday), when they take on Norwich City at Carrow Road, a game in which Dele Alli will continue his goalscoring exploits.
