Tottenham have confirmed the appointment of Thomas Frank as their new head coach.
Frank joins Spurs from Brentford after agreeing a three-year contract to replace Ange Postecoglou.
Spurs have confirmed that Justin Cochrane will follow Frank from Brentford as an assistant coach, alongside Head of Performance Chris Haslam and analyst Joe Newton. Andreas Georgson will also join from Manchester United as an assistant.

Spurs lauded Frank’s ‘innovative’ attitude in a statement: “In Thomas we are appointing one of the most progressive and innovative head coaches within the game.
“He has a proven track record in player and squad development and we look forward to him leading the team as we prepare for the season ahead.”
Frank has established himself as one of the brightest managers in the Premier League and Spurs quickly identified the Dane as their No1 target to succeed Postecoglou, who was sacked despite winning the Europa League last month.
Postecoglou led Spurs to their first major trophy for 17 years but that came at the end of their worst Premier League season, as they finished 17th after losing 22 of their 38 matches.
Frank has done a brilliant job with a modest budget at Brentford and will be tasked with leading Spurs into the Champions League and re-establishing them as a force in the Premier League.
Frank took over at Brentford in 2018, guided the Bees into the Premier League in 2021 and has established them in the top-flight.
Brentford finished 10th in the 2024-25 last season, seven places and 18 points above Spurs.
