Tom Parker’s wife Kelsey Hardwick has confirmed the date of his funeral and encouraged his fans to pay their respects outside what will be a private service.

The Wanted singer died on March 30 following a two-year battle with stage 4 glioblastoma.

His funeral will take place on Wednesday April 20 in Petts Wood, Kent.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Hardwick wrote: “There will be a private celebration of life on Wednesday 20th April.

“We know many of you would like to pay your respects as well, so would love for you to join us in Petts Woods from 10am.

“It would be beautiful to have everyone line the route as we head to our private service.

“You are then welcome to join us outside the church for the duration where the service will be relayed on screens.”

The All Time Low hit-maker and Hardwick married in July 2018.

They share children Aurelia, two, and Bodhi, one.

Posting a photo of her with her late husband at the weekend, Hardwick gave thanks for the messages of love and support that she has received following his passing.

The actress also shared a link for a GoFundMe account that has been set up to raise money for charity in Parker’s name.

She politely encouraged well-wishers to donate via the link in lieu of sending gifts or flowers.

Hardwick wrote: “Words can’t express how much all of your love and support means right now. We are overwhelmed by everyone’s generosity.

Tom Parker originally shot to fame as a member of boyband The Wanted (PA Wire)

“We have set up a donations page for those of you wishing to donate in Tom’s memory. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

As of Wednesday morning, more than £51,000 had been donated in his memory.
