The Tennessee Titans (4-4) are set to face the Carolina Panthers (4-3) on Sunday, but will be without center Ben Jones.
Head coach Mike Vrabel announced the news to the media on Friday afternoon.
Jones was listed with a concussion in this week’s injury report, and didn’t practice all week.
He was replaced by Jamil Douglas for one play in last week’s 27-23 win over the Tamp Bay Buccaneers, but it’s very likely Jones’ spot will be filled by Hroniss Grasu, who was signed to the active roster earlier in the week.
Another player who was listed with a concussion was offensive guard Rodger Saffold, who has cleared concussion protocol and will be a full go for the upcoming matchup.
The Titans and Panthers are set to kick off at noon CT on Sunday in Bank of America Stadium.
