Tipping Point fans can't agree who today's contestant looks like

Tipping Point fans were spilt after they couldn't agree who a contestant on today's episode reminded them of.

Four new challengers took on the arcade-style machine in the latest edition of the ITV show to see if they can win a cash prize of £10,000.

Edward, Tasha, James and Evelyn were asked a variety of general knowledge questions by host Ben Shephard.

But it was a vicar from West Sussex called James who got fans talking online - as the debate of who he reminded them of ranged from illustrations to fictional TV personalities to award-winning actors.

Fans took to Twitter to put out there suggestions:

A fan said: "James the vicar looks a bit like Benedict Cumberbatch"

Another compared him to Alan Partridge, while others said his voice reminded them of IT Crowd character Raymond.

James put in an impressive performance after he progressed to the final with £1,400 following a nail-biting final drop.

The vicar said he was hoping to use his winnings from the show to spend on a family holiday to Canada and he dramatically took the trade to swap his winnings for three extra chances at the £10,000 jackpot.

Unfortunately for James he could not push the jackpot counter out of the machine and he left without any cash prize.

Tipping Point continues tomorrow at 4pm on ITV and ITVHub
