Tiny London 'home' the size of a garage on sale for £400k

A one-bedroom home no bigger than the average garage is on the market for an eye-watering £400k.

The London property has been dubbed the 'Reception Room', according to the listing, with the one room having to make do as the bedroom, dining room, living room and thanks to the WFH order of things, the office.

The colourful Chelsea property measures just 5 meters by 3.8 meters, reports MyLondon.

Amenities include a sink and a toilet. There's no garden, front or back, with the only way in or out a door straight off the pavement.

And to cap it all off, the listing reminds prospective buyers that the property "needs refurbishment".

In the house's defence it does catch the eye. The asking price is £395,000 for what is described as a 'unique' property and an 'excellent rental investment'
