Tiger King's Carol Baskin responds to I'm A Celebrity 2021 rumours

Netflix's Carol Baskin has responded to rumours she is in the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 2021 line-up.

The Tiger King Star, who appeared on ABC's Dancing with the Stars, has ruled herself out of a Gwrych Castle appearance in November.

Carol, 60, confirmed the news during an interview with The Mirror about the speculation surrounding her doing UK competitions, including I'm A Celebrity, Strictly Come Dancing and Dancing On Ice.

She said: "There was an awful lot of chat about people saying I was going to be on a UK show called I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.

Adding: "I strive towards veganism and so there's like no vegetable that they're gonna ask me to eat that's so gross that it's gonna make people tune in."

She also confessed that despite the rumours, she had never actually been asked to be a contestant on any of the shows.

"I don't know how it became such a huge thing for people to think that it was going to happen," she continued.

"But, it didn't happen. It won’t happen. I obviously proved that I cannot dance so I don't expect anybody from Strictly to come knocking at my door."

Speaking about Dancing On Ice, which recently announced its first 2022 celebrities, Carol said: "I can skate around in a circle, that’s about the limit of my ability.

"I doubt seriously after they saw my performance on Dancing with the Stars that anybody is ever going to ask me to dance again."

It comes after Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins also ruled herself out of the I'm A Celebrity 2021 line-up. You can see why the star said she wouldn't take part in this years series, along with other famous famous here.
