Tiffany Makes a Big Bet on Luxury Line with This Massive Pop Star (It's Not Taylor Swift)

When is the last time you wore a 128.54 carat Tiffany Diamond?

For Beyonce, the answer would be August 2021.

DON'T MISS: One Growing Luxury Brand Could Unseat the House of Gucci

The 32-time Grammy Award winner was the first African American woman to wear the iconic Tiffany diamond, putting her in the company of Audrey Hepburn for "Breakfast at Tiffany's" and Lady Gaga during the 2019 Oscars.

Beyonce partnered in 2021 with Tiffany for an “About Love” ad campaign which featured the singer and her rapper husband Jay-Z in prints and, of course, on social media.

But that campaign was just the beginning, as Beyonce and Tiffany are once again teaming up to launch a limited-edition jewelry line known as Return to Tiffany & Beyoncé collection.

The jewelry line will feature Tiffany's signature heart on chain pendant necklaces embellished with font that says "Welcome to the Renaissance," an homage, of course, to Beyonce's world tour which kicked off exactly one year ago.

Items will range in price from $$275-$700. The line will launch on Saturday, July 29 and will last only as long as items do.

Tiffany and Beyonce Work Together

All proceeds from "Welcome to the Renaissance," will go to the About Love Scholarship program, which benefits Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Those colleges include:

  • Lincoln University, PA
  • Norfolk State University, VA
  • Bennett College, NC
  • University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff
  • Central State University in Ohio

In 2021, Tiffany and the About Love scholarship program provided $2 million to students at HBCUs.

"A notable initiative within the House’s social impact platform, Tiffany Atrium, the ABOUT LOVE Scholarship program has supported over 100 students since its inception. The debut of the Return to Tiffany® x Beyoncé collection coincides with the one-year anniversary of Tiffany Atrium. Launched in July 2022, the platform’s mission is to advance professional opportunities for historically underrepresented communities in the jewelry and creative industries, reflected in its three core pillars: creativity, education and community," a Tiffany presser reads.

Tiffany is also the official jeweler of Beyonce's Renaissance World Tour concert series, which has been on tour for the past year. The singer often wears custom jewelry pieces by Tiffany including platinum and diamond earrings and cuffs.

"The most Grammy Award®-winning artist has performed wearing custom-designed Tiffany & Co. jewelry and Tiffany HardWear and Elsa Peretti® jewelry, among other iconic Tiffany creations," it continued.
