A thug who pestered female cops with offensive phone calls also threatened to kill one of them and her husband, a court heard on Wednesday.

Coward Mark Fair targeted five officers at the station where they worked.

He also threatened to kill or cause serious harm to Gda Elaine Moyles and her husband. The weirdo pleaded guilty to all charges put to him.

Letterkenny Circuit Court in Donegal was told Fair made grossly offensive telephone calls to Gdas Una Cunningham, Lorraine Crawford, Carol Doherty, Elaine Moyles and Grainne McLoone.

All the phone calls were made on January 22 and January 25, 2015, to Buncrana Garda station.

The exact nature and contents of the calls were not disclosed in court during Fair’s arraignment.

The 28-year-old, of Ballinahone, Fahan, did not speak during his appearance other than to plead guilty to all charges put to him.

He also admitted to making threats to cause damage to Gda Moyles’ home.

In all Fair pleaded guilty to 10 separate charges relating to the disturbing incidents.

Judge John Aylmer remanded Fair in custody to appear before him again next Wednesday for sentencing.
