Three words everyone uses to describe Liverpool

Nowadays three-word slogans are all the rage, so the ECHO asked readers to sum up Liverpool in three words.

There was no shortage of responses, with many simply saying "The best city" in a variety of ways.

Others, meanwhile, spoke of the city's nightlife, football, and music.

Another popular one was "Better than Manchester."

Here we bring you a round-up of some of the ways in which people described Liverpool in three words.

Peter Woodhouse said: "Centre of universe."

Sara Peers said: "The best city," while Pauline Walsh Jones said: "World's best city."

John T Gilroy said: "City of dignity."

Sara James said: "Best party city."

Graham Price said: "I miss Liverpool."

Jonathan Moore said: "An amazing place."

David Coggins said: "Friendliest city worldwide."

Lyn Dsey said: "Better than Manchester."

John Calderwood said: "Absolutely amazing city."

Raymond Jones said: "Football and fun."
