In a tragic incident in the wee hours of Tuesday, three people were killed, and three others sustained injuries.
This fatal road accident occurred on a service road at Masanpalle village of Andole mandal in Sangareddy district.
According to reports, three youths were relieving themselves by the roadside when they were hit by a tipper vehicle on the NH-161 (Akola-Sangareddy highway).
The victims sustained fatal injuries, succumbing to them on the spot. They were identified as Mohammad Wazid (28), Mohmmad Mukaram (22) and Mohammad Haji (26), residents of Jogipet town. The trio along with three others were going to have tea at a nearby roadside shop. Learning about the incident, local police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital. The victims were vehicle mechanics from Jogipet.
