- It’s alleged that the incident involved an "ignited container" being thrown towards the offices of Volant Media, parent company of Iran International, in Wembley.
- The fire self-extinguished in a car park, resulting in no injuries or damage.
- The British nationals are scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court later on Friday, with McGuinness also facing a dangerous driving charge.
