Three bedroom property goes up for sale on Scotland's 'most beautiful street'

People looking to live on one of the world's most beautiful streets could soon have the chance after an exciting property was recently put up for sale.

The office space, which could be transformed into a spacious three-bedroom flat, is found on Circus Lane in Edinburgh, which was recently named not only Scotland's but also the UK's most beautiful street.

In fact, it made it to sixth in the world in the overall list, and must now be considered one of the most sought-after locations to live in the country.

Priced at offers over £395k, Estate Agents Rettie & Co say the property at 43-45 Circus Lane is "charming" and though currently an office could easily be transformed into a three-bedroom flat as it has planning permission for conversion to residential use.

With two entrances, they added that developers could even turn it into two smaller 'pied a terre' style apartments subject to planning.

The property can be found on Circus Lsane (Rettie & Co.)

The property extends to approximately 1,300 square feet, with two large rooms on the ground floor and three on the lower floor.

The cobbled street is beautiful (Rettie & Co.)

The listing reads: "The property presents an incoming purchaser a wonderful opportunity to acquire a second-to-none plot in a superior city centre location.

The building is currently used as an office (Rettie & Co.)

"The quaint cobbled mews of Circus Lane provides a wonderfully picturesque setting, decked with flowers and shrubs with the clock tower of St. Stephen’s church providing a spectacular backdrop above the rooflines of the curving lane. Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s World Heritage Site New Town."
