- Ofcom received over 1,000 complaints about alleged "misogynistic" and "bullying" behaviour from contestants on Love Island last week.
 - More than half of these complaints concerned the 18 July episode, with specific allegations against Harrison, Harry, and Dejon for misogyny, and concerns for Shakira's mental wellbeing.
 - Women's Aid issued a statement criticising the show for "reinforcing culture trivialising violence against women and girls".
 - Contestant Harrison Solomon, who recently left the villa, apologised for his actions, admitting he "got it wrong" and hurt women like Toni and Lauren.
 - Earlier episodes also drew significant complaints, with specific allegations of misogynistic behaviour against Harrison on 15 and 17 July.
