This Morning viewers had their minds blown today when a 100-year-old woman put her leg over her head.
Marion Watson, who pointed out she is actually 100-and-a-half soon, stunned presenters Phillip Schofield and Willoughby with her incredibly flexible body.
The gymnast teaches her fellow care home residents - and joked that some of them fall asleep during the sessions.
Marion, who started gymnastics at 18, said: "I couldn't put my foot on my head but now I can through sheer determination."
The amazing 100-year-old lifted her leg above her head while sat on the This Morning sofa to gasps in the studio.
After trying with both legs, Marion confessed: "I couldn't do that this morning."
Phillip, who watched in awe, replied: "I couldn't do that any time."
While Holly added: "Marion you are amazing. You're like a human pretzel."
Marion then admitted that she could do with a cup of tea after her hard work.
Some of the This Morning team, including Phillip and soap expert Sharon Marshall, then tried and failed to get their legs over their heads.
And Sharon was forced to run over and cover up Alice Beer when she attempted the move in a dress.
Stunned This Morning viewers took to Twitter after watching Marion's incredible move.
One viewer said: "Blows my mind, that woman is 100 and can do that and I’m 18 and can’t touch my toes"

A third said: "OMG 100yrs old and she is getting her leg behind her head. #ThisMorning she won’t be bothered by #coronavirus"
"There’s something wrong when an 100 year old woman is physically fitter than me," said a fourth.
