This Morning fans complain they 'have a headache' after theme music is replaced

This Morning's tribute to Burns Night didn't go down too well with viewers today as its usual opening music was replaced.

Instead of the usual jingle, bagpipes were played live via Skype to the opening credits.

Unfortunately, fans were left wincing over the sound, which didn't come across too well due to the connection.

One confused viewer tweeted: "What the hell is this theme song?! #thismorning."

This Morning changed their theme music today (ITV)

While another fumed: "#Thismorning That sounds bloody awful."

A third wrote: "#ThisMorning That opening was awful. Who’s cat were they killing for that monstrosity?"

"If Monday had a sound it would be these bloody bagpipes playing the #ThisMorning theme song," another complained.

A fan seethed: "I didn’t ask for a headache today #ThisMorning."

Another raged: "Ahhh my f***ing ears lol #thismorning."

"Oh no. My ears. #ThisMorning," one agreed.

A fan complained: "Oh no @thismorning not good opening music today! Not when you got a hangover #ThisMorning that was too high pitched!!"

The ITV programme later celebrated Burns Night with another musical tribute, followed by some delicious Scottish recipes.
