This Morning' s live video link interview with Labour MP Tracy Brabin ended in disaster after they accidentally broadcast her mobile number to the nation.
Former EastEnders and Corrie actress Tracy was speaking to hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on a video chat, and her mobile number was clearly visible at the top of the screen at first.
Because of this, she suddenly became inundated with constant phone calls which disrupted the interview as every time her phone rang her picture was cut off and a ringing noise was audible.
Ruth and Eamonn battled through the interview, commenting on how many calls she received and presuming it was because she was a busy MP, not realising her phone number had just been made public to millions of viewers.

Twitter was alight with viewers who had noticed the gaffe, with one writing " @thismorning #thismorning @EamonnHolmes well done for broadcasting her number".
Another added: "A scream that #ThisMorning just accidentally put an MPs phone number on screen and now she's recieving loads of calls".
"Stop calling Tracey she's on the bloody telly #ThisMorning " joked a third.

Another branded it "an awkward interview" as it was eventually brought to a swift end because of the never-ending phone calls.
Tracy had been brought on to discuss the £10,000 extra expenses allowance given to MPs over the coronavirus pandemic.
She defended the payout, arguing that some younger MPs need it for laptops to work at home, and that if MPs didn't use the money it would be given back to the treasury.

Eamonn later apologised on air, and said: “Just a quick word about something from earlier in today’s programme.
"In our interview with MP Tracy Brabin, some viewers - if they looked very closely - may have seen a number on screen. This was a technical error and we want to say sorry to Tracy for any nuisance and trouble this may have caused”.
A spokesperson for This Morning said: "Viewers may have seen a number on screen during an interview with Tracy Brabin this morning which was a technical error and we have apologised to Tracy for this error."
