Dawn Thomas, Cofounder - V&RO Hospitality

Friends Thomas and his 30-year-old friend Safdhar Adoor cofounded VRO Hospitality, which currently manages 25 restaurants and bars in Bangalore, Goa, and Mumbai, with plans to expand to additional Indian cities.

Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra, Cofounders - Zepto
