Within just a day of its release, The Watcher has become one of the most watched things on Netflix, with it already becoming a huge word of mouth success.
Hot on the heels of the Jeffrey Dahmer series and accompanying documentary, Confessions of a Killer, The Watcher landed on Netflix on Thursday, with many people already bingeing the whole thing in one go, after becoming instantly hooked on the sinister plot, based on real life events. The Watcher focuses on Dean and Nora Brannock, a ambitious couple who set their sights on a stunning New Jersey home, totally oblivious to its dark past and the strange people who live in the houses around and about.
After Dean risks financial ruin to land the home, the family, also including Dean and Nora's son and daughter, quickly regret the big move as the become the target of some unnerving letters. What start as weird messages quickly take a turn as The Brannocks become paranoid about everything and everyone, with their new house turning from a dream home to a living nightmare.

Loads of people have watched all of The Watcher already, with it becoming a real talking point on Twitter. After finishing it, one viewer reacted: " #TheWatcher is messing with my mind...
