John Souttar and Danilo have been left out of the Rangers squad travelling to Spain for a pre-season training camp.
The pair have not joined Derek McInnes' squad for the warm-weather sessions this week.
It comes amid expectations the duo will depart the club this summer, with neither set to feature heavily in McInnes' plans in Glasgow.
Souttar, 29, only returned to the Rangers Training Centre on Thursday after being in the United States as part of the Scotland squad at the World Cup.
But he has not made the trip to Spain as he is set to leave the club despite signing a new one-year contract extension last season.

It's thought there is interest in the centre-back from down south.
Rangers have signed Ben Godfrey on loan in defence this summer, with the club targeting a new addition at the left side of defence ahead of a departure for Souttar.
Meanwhile, Danilo is back at Rangers after a loan spell with NEC Nijmegen in the Eredivisie last season.
However, he is another expected to depart the club in the coming weeks with interest from clubs in Greece and the Netherlands.
He still has two years left on his contract, but Rangers are thought to be content with their attacking options, having Lawrence Shankland, Youssef Chermiti, Bojan Miovski and Ryan Naderi as forward options.
