The Traitors' Amanda Lovett favourite to win but fans fear she'll be 'thrown under the bus'

Amanda Lovett has emerged as the narrow favourite to win much talked about BBC show The Traitors, just as fans are voicing concerns that she'll be 'thrown under the bus' by partner in crime Wilf, after getting rid of close ally Theo last week.

Launching to much curiosity, right in the middle of the World Cup, The Traitors has become the word of mouth TV hit of the year, with everyone either watching it or being told by their friends that they have to. The premise of the show is that a team of members of the public work together to accrue a cash prize of up to £120,000.

However, the chink in their armour is the fact that some of the Faithfuls are in fact anything but, having been selected by host Claudia Winkleman on day one to be Traitors. The Traitors meet in secret every night to carry out a 'murder' with them also being given the oportunity to 'rectuit' another member in late episodes.

So far, avid viewers have seen Alyssa rumbled as a Traitor and banished during the always fraught Round Table discussions, while FAithful Alex was taken out of the game by remaining Traitors Amanda and Wilf, also turning down an invite to join them.

The Traitors final is now just days away, with the final three episodes airing on BBC One on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.. A teaser for Tuesday's episode left fans worried for Amanda's fate as Wilf appeared to be losing trust in her and branded her a 'snake.' However, it is the Welsh estate agent who is heading up the current odds on Traitors winner, with Online Betting Guide having her at 5/1 to triumph and take all the money for herself.

Faithful Aaron is just behind her on 6/1, with Wilf on 13/2 and much talked about Faithful Maddy on 8/1. Now banished Traitor Alyssa, a was favourite to win at the start of the show until she was voted off in episode six.

Voicing concerns about Amanda's win being hijacked, one fan took to Twitter to post" I'm worried for Amanda that wilf will throw her under the bus...I really want amanda to win but im worried she could be voted out next. If she goes before will i wilf be gutted." A second tweeted: "Waiting for #TheTraitors wondering if I need strong coffee or a stiff drink? Worried Amanda is going to be thrown under the bus by the snake Wilf.."
