Just three postcodes are home to Wirral's most expensive homes sold this year.
According to land registry records, of 12 houses sold for over £1m in Wirral in 2021, nestling of some of the borough's most desirable streets, most are located in just one postcode.
And of those 12 homes, seven of them are in just three streets - all located in Wirral's leafy millionaires rows.

Most are located in parts of Caldy, most are tucked away behind tree lined fences, the houses scarcely visible from the street outside.
We take a peek at the 12 most expensive sales in the borough so far in 2021.
In CH43, Bidston Road is a leafy Prenton street lined with million pound houses, include 67 Bidston Road, which sold for a cool £1million on March of this year.

Set back on a quiet road in one of Wirral's most exclusive neighbourhoods, its not difficult to see what's behind the hefty price tag.
Over in the exclusive Caldy postcode of CH48, Caldy Road is home to two of Wirral's most expensive house sales this year.
164 Caldy Road went for £1.3million in February this year, with 122 Caldy Road fetching £1.525million a month later.
A recent brochure for 122 Caldy Road boasts of a billiard room, alongside living, dining, kitchen, downstairs WC and utility room, as well as eight bedrooms and a self contained apartment.
Croft Drive East, also in Caldy, is the location of three of Wirral's hottest properties.
40 Croft Drive East fetched £1.55 million in February, and the following month 17 Croft Drive East sold for £1.29million.
29 Croft Drive East, which sold for £1.29million in March, boasts a swimming pool set in beautiful grounds, with a huge open plan living area and beautifully decorated bedrooms.
One house in another luxury Caldy street, at 8 Long Hey Road, fetched £1.125million in April, according to Land Registry records.

Red Latches in Kings Drive in Caldy went for £1.325 million in February.
Thorsway is home to two of the most expensive houses sold in the borough this year, with Eden Roc fetching £2million when it was sold in May, while nearby the Summit went for £1.2million, also in May.
In CH61 in Heswall, Thors Hill on Telegraph Road fetched £1.49 million when it was sold in March, making it the only house over £1million to be sold in that area so far this year.
