Salman Khan’s friends are amused/appalled/annoyed by the random tweet that has set tongues wagging. According to this tweet, Salman is now dating the pretty Telugu-Tamil-Hindi actress Pooja Hegde.
One of Salman’s friends can’t stop laughing. “Woh log jo aise wahiyat khabar phailate hain, kuch to sharm karo (those who spread such irresponsible rumours should have some shame). The girl (Pooja Hegde) is Salman’s daughter’s age. Just because they are doing a film together (Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan) some idiots may feel it is good publicity for the film. But it is embarrassing.”
Why doesn’t Khan nip this absurd rumour in the bud? “Salman doesn’t care. He doesn’t react to rumours about him,” says the filmmaker buddy.
But this is not only about him. Salman Khan should care, as it affects the young actress’ reputation.
After the sickening rumour spread, a Telugu star was discussing prospective leading ladies for his next project. When Pooja Hegde’s name was suggested he said, “Yeah, but I heard she is dating Salman Khan.”
