These are trainers for people who don’t like trainers. Made by Ash, which became famous for its Cuban-heeled Jalouse boots, these 2in stacked white trainers work for two reasons: the first being that they are the acceptable side of platform (the unacceptable side being Buffalo boots) and flattering with it. The second is that they combine white and green and if fashion has taught us anything (Dunlop Green Flash, Adidas Stan Smiths) that’s pretty perfect for a trainer. Plus, they’re made from Nappa leather so they won’t rub.
