The Osmonds star dies aged 76 after multiple sclerosis battle

  • He passed away at his home in Orem, Utah, surrounded by his wife and their eight sons.
  • The Osmonds, including Alan and his younger brothers, rose to fame after performing on The Andy Williams Show when Alan was 12.
  • Alan was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 40 years ago, which eventually led to his retirement from performing in 2007.
  • He is survived by his wife Suzanne, their eight sons, 30 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and his siblings.
