The One Show host Roman Kemp forced to apologise after Rod Stewart swore live on air

The One Show presenter Roman Kemp was forced to apologise after guest Rod Stewart swore live on air. The blunder came when the Maggie May star was talking about his several costume changes on stage.

Rod said: "I keep changing because I want to entertain! The music critics keep saying 'oh he went off to have a rest because he was tired' - no! I sweat me bollocks off!"

Roman Kemp was subsequently forced to apologise, reports the Daily Record, telling the camera: "Sorry for any bad language there!"

And fans flocked to the comments to talk about the clip which made them laugh. One wrote: "Loooooove you.. Just say it as it is!"

Another added: "Keeping it real." While one said: "Love this!! Really laughed." And one commented: "I cant cope with you so so funny!!!" While one added: "You will always be the greatest ROD."

Rod appeared on the BBC One show with friend and Culture Club star Boy George to talk about his upcoming shows.
