A New Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer Just Dropped. It Looks Insane

We’re all pretty hyped for Grand Theft Auto VI, even if Rockstar recently confirmed that the game was delayed until at least May 2026. The first trailer from 2023 (believe it or not) gave us a preview of all the Florida goodness we could expect from the latest installment of the game, but the second trailer is even better.

Watch it here:

In this new trailer, we see a lot more of the actual gameplay, including the arrival of the main character, Jason Duval. There's still plenty of Florida goodness, of course—beer, boats, butts, and lots of explosions. And Rockstar provides a more detailed overview of what the story will be about:

'Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida—forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.'

Rockstar released more screenshots from the game on its website, providing more detail of the main characters, Jason and Lucia, as well as introducing side characters like Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, and many more. The website also details some of the many areas you can explore on the map, like the Grassrivers (aka, the Florida Everglades), Leonida Keys (aka, the Florida Keys), and of course, Vice City (aka, Miami).

As mentioned, GTA VI is delayed until 2026. But you can expect it on PC, PS5, and Xbox beginning next May.
