The look of love: Harrison Ford caught giving wife Calista Flockhart cheeky glimpse

Harrison Ford was caught giving his wife of 13 years Calista Flockhart a loving look in the background of one of her glamorous Cannes pictures.

In one social media picture, the Ally McBeal star, 58, is seen posing in her fabulous full-length black gown by Zuhair Murad that she wore to the premiere of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny on Thursday night.

In the background of the snap – posted by stylist Elizabeth Stewart – was Ford, 80, looking dapper in a tux while seemingly checking out his wife.

The couple – who married in 2010 – later held hands on the red carpet as they posed for photos alongside Ford’s co-star Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

Ford told reporters ahead of the movie screening: “I was very proud of it. You don’t make a film for yourself, you make it for an audience. This is the first time I’ve seen it with a proper audience and it was very gratifying."

Dial of Destiny, which is set for release on June 30, also stars Mads Mikkelsen and Antonio Banderas, and was directed by James Mangold.

It will be the last time Ford will play the intrepid explorer after first taking on the character in 1984 blockbuster Raiders Of The Lost Ark.

However, the night was not without a hitch – with an awkward seating gaffe involving Ford and Flockhart taking place inside the Palais des Festivals.

Rather than sitting beside Ford, Flockhart was put behind her husband for the screening.

Video of the awkward moment shows Ford telling his wife: “You’re right behind me,” before adding: “Well that’s the way it is.”

Pregnant Karlie Kloss and actor Gemma Chan also attended the glittering premiere.
