Passed away peacefully at The Countess of Chester Hospital on 30th October 2022, aged 84 years. Elsa was originally from Cardiff but had more recently been living in Connah's Quay, North Wales. Beloved wife of the late Roy and dearly loved mum, step-mum, grandmother and great grandmother. Elsa will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
