The Hakim Ziyech problem that Tammy Abraham and Chelsea strikers could face next season

Tammy Abraham and Chelsea's forwards have been handed a warning about Hakim Ziyech.

The Morocco international has already agreed to join the Blues this summer, with his £33.4m transfer from Ajax set to officially be completed on July 1, 2020.

Ahead of the move, Ziyech's former teammate at Heerenveen, Alfred Finnbogason, says that the Blues' strikers should find it easy to gel with the playmaker otherwise they are not good enough.

"Oh my god," Finnbogason told De Telegraaf, when asked about Ziyech. "And I already knew he was good, didn’t I. But what he has shown in recent years is not normal.

"If you don’t click with Ziyech, you are not a good striker.

"All you have to do is move. He gives the balls exactly the way you want them to be.

"Without a doubt, the Premier League will be a big test for him.

"Players are better and more aggressive, but see what he has already shown at Ajax with his qualities in the Champions League. ‘He is something special and will be a big signing for Chelsea.

"The pressure will be great, but he can deliver. He is no longer a young boy either, knows how it works."

According to the Mail, the next transfer window is unlikely to open until the end of August and there are still ongoing discussions around the length of time clubs will have to do any business.

Given that July 1, 2020, is the date slated for the summer transfer window to open that was when Ziyech 's move was expected to be officially completed.

But depending on what decision FIFA make, Ziyech might not be unveiled until the end of August.

With that said, last weekend the attacking midfielder was remaining confident that the timing of his Chelsea transfer would not be affected.

"I really haven't been serious about that for a second," he told AD.

"I think my signature is under the contract and so yes, on July 1, I will be a Chelsea player. I never had any other thought."
