Gordon Ramsay is to open a Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in London next year after teaming up with a major hotel.
The star chef announced the revival of the former ITV series at the end of August, more than two decades since it first aired in the UK.
The Hell’s Kitchen restaurant comes as part of a new partnership between Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and the Clermont Hotel Group and will open in spring 2026.
An announcement said the “landmark launch marks the beginning of a multi-site partnership between the two powerhouse hospitality groups”.
Inspired by the hit television series that helped catapult Ramsay to international fame, Hell’s Kitchen restaurants are fully operational and the London outpost follows numerous sites across the US, from Las Vegas to Miami.
The first Hell’s kitchen in Europe opened in Ibiza in the summer of this year, while the London site will be set within the Cumberland hotel, a 900-bedroom location near Marble Arch.
Ramsay said: “Bringing Hell’s Kitchen to the UK for the first time is an incredible full circle moment. London is where it all began in 1998, so this feels like a real homecoming.
“Hell’s Kitchen is about fire, theatre and bold flavours, and I can’t wait to share the signature dishes guests love alongside new creations, developed especially for London’s diners.”
The menu will feature a mix of signature favourites and new dishes, according to Ramsay, such as seared scallops and lobster risotto, his famous beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding.
The bar will feature cocktails such as “Notes from Gordon”, a blend of gin, green tea, lemongrass, peach and lemon, while the wine list will be global and “extensive”.
Pedro da Silva, general manager at The Cumberland Hotel, said: “We are very proud to be the first venue to welcome Hell’s Kitchen to the UK. We look forward to offering hotel guests and visitors alike a taste of Gordon Ramsay’s iconic dishes, all within our hotel.”
